Reiki Healing, Animal Communication, online lessons and personal coaching


1. Nature of the Work
The services offered through Echo of Pegasus are reflective, educational, and relational in nature. They are intended to support self-awareness, insight, and understanding within human–animal relationships.

This work is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical, or veterinary treatment. No diagnosis or treatment of mental or physical conditions is provided.

2. Personal Responsibility
By engaging in this work, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions as well as the wellbeing of the animals in your care. Any insights or reflections that arise during sessions are offered as invitations for awareness, not instructions or guarantees of outcome.

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
The services offered do not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or veterinary care.
If you or your animals are experiencing physical illness, mental health concerns, or behavioural issues requiring professional support, you are encouraged to seek appropriate qualified assistance.

4. Animals and Welfare
All work with animals is offered with respect for their wellbeing and autonomy and needs to be approved by the animal's guardian. Reiki (in-person as well as remotely) and relational guidance are complementary practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace veterinary care.

5. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content are treated with care and confidentiality.
Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

6. Sessions, Payment & Cancellations
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less notice can't be refunded.

7. Results and Expectations
Because this work involves personal reflection and relational processes, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Change often unfolds over time and depends on many factors, including individual readiness and circumstances.
