Unique and unconventional would be a way to describe my life and according to my gene keys that is exactly how it is meant to be and what I am here to do. There is a need for me to experience life to its fullest potential and that includes having to plumb the depths and soar to the heights. My path was never meant to be the safe and secure option and will always be adventurous.

My nomadic ancestors have left their imprint on me as I have packed and unpacked many times. I have moved across continents and countries alone and with my family of 2 horses, 2 saluki dogs and my belongings. The lessons of trust, responsibility and love have been profound and there is a deep knowing that it is the journey that is important and faith will eventually ensure I return home.

I am a student of life and my knowledge covers my journey of navigating the ups and downs along my path and becoming the person I am today. Add my lifelong passion for horses and my professional career and combine that with my experiences, challenges, stories, an open mind and wisdom and you get who I am today. A passionate horsewoman, offering guidance to authentic people looking for a more spiritual way of being with horses.

The journey I am on with horses has humbled me and directed me to continue to learn and discover as I keep striving to be the best person I can be. For them and for myself. The horses in my care have been in livery and at home and I know the challenges and the advantages of both. We transitioned to barefoot many years ago, worked with Natural Horsemanship, followed Straightness Training and finally ended up in the Academic Art of Riding. Through sickness and health and from an active life to retirement. It is all part of the journey and I am grateful for every lesson learnt and ahead.

I have competed in dressage and show jumping, rode horses in deserts, on beaches, through forests and high mountains. I have trekked and camped on horseback and am thankful for every adventure horses have given me.

Every horse is different just like every human. We all change with time and nothing remains the same. I do not believe in rigid programmes or a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach for anything in life. I use a tailored and boutique-style concept for my clients, colleagues and friends, horses, myself and all living beings. It is about filling your toolbox with experiences and knowledge so that when a situation arises, you can recognise it, check your toolbox and decide what the best way forward is.

The highlights of my professional career are closely linked to the different places where I have lived. Working with people from all walks of life in different cultural settings has been a true gift. I appreciate the joy of working in a team and achieving goals together; seeing the growth and development of people and noticing how they flourish and shine, and discovering the magic that can happen when you truly listen to people and when they feel heard.
