Echo of Pegasus
core values and approach
Love
Everything starts with you and the love you have for yourself and how you take care of yourself. To be the best version of you, you need to know who you are. What are your drivers in life, what makes you tick and what are you looking for? If you know where you want to go, the path will become clear.
Can you love yourself unconditionally? Only if you are dedicated to yourself, can you truly be there for others, including your horse.
Reach out to me so we can identify your North Star and set your compass.
Respect
Give a bit of your heart instead of a piece of your mind. To respectfully interact with ourselves and our horses we need to recognise the uniqueness in everyone and accept others for who they are. Can you accept the different personalities of those you love and can you see who they truly are? Can you let go of wanting to change others and is your love, friendship, and partnership unconditional?
Reach out to me so we can explore the true identity of your horse and yourself to create a base for a solid and rewarding partnership.
Understanding
To grow and see things from a different perspective, we have to create an understanding of where we are and where we want to go. Understanding yourself will allow you to be gentle and caring for yourself as well as demanding when need be, understanding your horse will allow you to be flexible, lenient and strict when necessary. With more know-how, you will be able to share a better way with others and be an example. You can be the change you want to see.
Reach out to me so we can review where you are, where you want to go and what you need to get there.
Responsibility
It is all in your hands... the potential and well-being of yourself and your horse. Acknowledging that you are the only one in charge of your life and your horse's life and taking full responsibility for that may sound daunting but it truly will feel empowering and liberating.
Reach out to me so we can define your role and purpose for yourself and your horse(s) within your capabilities and power.
Honesty
The law of polarity tells us that everything has its pair of opposites and the challenge is not to be seduced by the polarities and extremes but to continue to strive for balance. Life has its ups and downs. Being honest about your capabilities, goals, limitations and boundaries and answering those questions for your horse as well is an honest and truthful base to come back to time and again.
Reach out to me so we can identify and navigate where you are losing balance and what healthy and honest boundaries you need for you and your horse to regain balance.
Trust
Life is happening for you, not to you. Can you let go of expectations, prejudices, assumptions, predictions, judgments, convictions and projections? Do you trust Life?
Reach out to me so we can explore where you are stuck and how you can let go and be free.
There is no truth but your truth and my wish for you is to find your power, strength and voice to refocus your compass so you can live the life you are here for - together with your horse. I will guide you on your path of discovery of yourself, your horse and your partnership. It's all about finding a healthy balance between self-love and horse-love.
